Thermo Revco DXF40040A 120v -40C Freezer brings users state-of-the-art sample protection with a low of-40°C. This Low-Temperature Freezer has a 23 cu. ft./ 651l volume interior for a vial capacity of 40,000 x 2 mL, with 5 inner compartment doors. These doors help to reduce temperature loss and speed recovery after openings. The interior shelving is solid stainless steel built to support a full product load of 150lbs per shelf. Cabinet construction is sturdy cold-rolled steel with a powder coat finish that resists corrosion and chipping. The interior is lined with 5” of foamed-in-place insulation to retain temperatures. The interior vacuum relief port aids in the opening of the door for easy loading and unloading. The compressor is hermetically sealed, and the condenser is a fin and tube type, cooled by forced air.
