This unit was pulled from a Thermo MSQ and was tested to full speed prior to deinstalling. The unit achieved proper vacuum but the MSQ had a high voltage issue which lead us to part it out. This turbo pump kicked on at 1 micron and spun up to full speed and didn't report any errors. The ultimate vacuum reported on our gauge was .1 microns (The max of our vacuum gauge is .1 microns)
